Sir Aldren looked at Y’reth and thought that if he was alive he would be truly enjoying this. But unfortunately it wasn’t possible and right now it was getting late and before it gets night he should be on his way towards the kingdom or for another shelter. And he was getting hungry too. He also wondered what would happen after he returns to the kingdom. So many things came in to his mind. “Is everything all right Sir Aldren” Tabika asked when she noticed that he was starring at Y’reth for a long time. Sir Aldren smiled back. “I hate to say this but it’s time for us to say good bye Tabika. We must hurry to shelter before night fall.” Tabika gave a slow breath and looked at the babies then the nest. Sir Aldren again spoke. “And I don’t think Canicus would like me to stay here in a place where humans aren’t allowed.” Tabika looked at Sir Aldren and sighed.
Y’reth also sighed heavily. Then he turned towards the hilt. But before he disappeared, Y’reth with his claws slowly sketched a dragon wing mark on Edan and Edana’s forehead. Tabika asked him why he did that. Y’reth spoke. “I did that for him” Sir Aldren looked surprised. Y’reth explained that he did that because his body is now a part of Sir Aldren and humans been not allowed to enter the valley, Sir Aldren couldn’t always be with Y’reth’s offspring’s. So when they grow up and wander around, Edan and Edana might get a chance to meet Sir Aldren. Furthermore he would be able to recognize them. With that Y’reth vanished in to the hilt.
It was late afternoon when he was taken back to the place where his horse has been waiting. Before that Tabika had collected a fruit called Dragon Apple for him to fulfill his hunger. Sir Aldren tasted them and it didn’t have the same feel as the real apple. It even looked twice bigger than the usual one and had an auburn color too. Sir Aldren said goodbye to Tabika and waited till she fly away. Then he looked at the area surrounding him and thought will he ever have any second chance to see this place again. Thinking like this, he motioned the horse to a run, through the purple carnation path and out of waterfall. There he stopped again and gave a final stare to the waterfall. Then he smiled and galloped away.
He hadn’t gone very far when he suddenly heard a noise as if someone was calling him. He slowed down and looked around but didn’t see anyone or anything. At that instant with a loud beat of Y’reth’s heart the dragon sense of hearing was awakened. He heard the voice again. This time it was clear and was sure as to where it was coming from. Sir Aldren looked up and using his dragon vision he quickly identified the object in the sky which was far away. It was Oren riding on Flame. “What are you two doing here?” Sir Aldren said in a hurry as they came down. Oren spoke. “We came to see how things went with you. And don’t you worry. The others have safely reached the kingdom.” Sir Aldren was pleased to hear that. He looked at the path he was to take and looked back at them. “Sir Aldren, you won’t mind if we tag along with you right.” Flame called as he took in to the air with Oren. Sir Aldren held his hand high in the sky, signifying that it was all right and they continued on.
